Sales Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about training and developing sales professionals to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Research and develop training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Educate sales teams on effective sales techniques and strategies

Conduct training sessions on various topics including Human resources management, Employee evaluation, Training development, and Training delivery

Utilize tools such as SharePoint to facilitate learning and collaboration

Contribute to Succession planning by identifying and grooming future sales leaders

Skills:

Proven experience in Sales Training or a related field
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse learners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations
